Hi, I'm Gerell
I’m a former D1 athlete who picked up a football at age 7 and dreamed of going pro. But the game didn’t love me back the way I loved it. When I found myself outside the game looking in, I started struggling—with my identity, self-worth, confidence, and purpose. I truly believed I was a failure.
I was depressed, lost, and unsure of what came next. Then one day, a coworker asked if I could take her to the gym and “show her around.” That moment turned into my first unofficial personal training session. She lost 60 pounds—and I found something I didn’t know I was missing: purpose. I didn’t know exactly what I was doing, but I knew I loved helping people.
Fast forward to the founding of "Keep it G Brand" for like minded individuals who want a direct and authentic approach to health and fitness and where "Hard work beats talent."
